You may need to provide your Kayako Instance URL when interacting with our AI support chat.
Please follow the steps below to find it, as you may have a custom URL that will not be accepted by our system.
- From the Agent area of your Kayako Instance, go to Administration (Cog icon) > Brands.
- If you have only one brand, click Edit next to your brand.
If you have several brands, click Edit next to the brand that was created at the same time when your Kayako instance was set up (the oldest one).
If you are not sure, it is not a problem - you will have additional tries to submit the URL.
- Check the Domain field as seen below and provide the URL in the Kayako Chat.
In this case, the URL would be:
- If the URL is not accepted, perform the same steps to retrieve and submit the URL for another Brand from your instance.
