You may want your Kayako support portal to be accessible both with and without www.

Solution

To make your site accessible both with and without 'www', follow these steps:

Modify your existing brand so that the Custom domain field says yourdomain.net instead of www.yourdomain.net.
Ensure that you have created a CNAME record for yourdomain.net that points to `yourdomain.kayako.com`.
If you are unable to make a CNAME change, you can have your IT team make a change so that yourdomain.net redirects to www.yourdomain.net.
Make sure to configure SSL certificate for your custom domain.

After that, when customers go to www.yourdomain.com, they will be redirected to yourdomain.net.
