This issue may happen due to SSO implementation on the Kayako instance, as SSO implementation in Kayako uses a static redirect link based on the `action` parameter. Therefore, after logging in, agents will need to manually navigate to cases by pasting the URL in the browser's address bar again.
For users accessing KBAs, the sign-in process works similarly. They will need to enter the KBA URL in the browser's address bar after logging in.
Currently, there is no documented way to set up dynamic redirects within Kayako.
You may encounter an issue that users when they click on a link that references to a Kayako Conversation or KB article, after they have logged into Kayako, they are just taken to a default location rather than the URL they were expecting to be at.
