Overview

You may noticed that when you try to access image URL via Zappier, the image shows up and no authentication is required.  And you may have security concerns regarding this functionality in Kayako.

Solution

The issue of images sent via a Kayako reply through Zappier being accessible without authentication has been identified as a feature request for Kayako. This request has been routed to Project Management for review. However, there is no ETA or guarantee for the implementation of such requests. As of now, there is no immediate solution to disable this functionality in Zappier or to require authentication to view the images.
