Overview
In Kayako, you can check the date when your subscription will expire, your balance (if you have any unpaid invoices), and your past invoices right from the Admin area.
Prerequisite
- To access the Account section, you need an owner role account.
Solution

Log in to Kayako and go to the Admin area and scroll down until you see the Account section

Under the Account section, click Overview. You will be able to see your Balance, Current Plan, Payment Method, Subscription Expiration and even download the PDF of previous invoices.
- NOTE: You won't see the Overview menu if you are still on a Trial
