Overview
You or another user cannot log in, encountering the message that the account is disabled and want Kayako Support to enabled the account.
Solution
Please reach out to your Kayako administrator or manager who will be able to enable the required account from User Management section of Kayako Agent area.
Please note that support cannot enable user account when a request is submitted by non-Administrator users. Administrators can enable users themselves or ask support for help in case of any issues.
