This KB article will guide you through the process of building a view to see pending and completed conversations.
Process
To build a view to see pending and completed conversations, create a view, and select the following options:
You can also select the different column options or sort order as per your use case before saving it.
Note:
- This view will not show Closed conversations, which typically includes any conversation set to Complete more than 5 days ago.
