Using Zapier, you can connect Kayako to many of your other favorite apps to build powerful integrations, without having to write a single line of code. Before you get started, we recommend checking out our Help Center article about getting started with the Kayako app on Zapier, if you haven't already.

To help new users get started building Zapier automations – also known as Zaps – we've put together some templates you can use as a jumping-off point. Each template helps you create a Zap that performs a specific task.

Example: The Add new Magento customers as users on Kayako template automatically creates a new user in Kayako every time a new customer registers on your Magento eCommerce site. All you need to do is log into your Kayako and Magento accounts from Zapier and it allows you to enable or edit the Zap immediately.

This article provides a list of a few of the pre-built Zap templates available for the Kayako app. You can use any of these templates as-is, or you can customize and build upon them to suit your organization's needs.

The Zap templates make it easy for you to get started with Kayako integrations using Zapier. You can enable any of these templates on your Zapier account as soon as you've authorized all of the apps involved.
