This article provides step by step instructions to enable the sound notifications.
The notification center is built into the agent area toolbar, right next to the profile menu.
To enable the sound notification follow the steps below:
- Click on the bell to pull the list of recent notifications.
- Than select the gear icon to bring up the notification settings screen
3. Within the notifications settings mark the message types and channels
4. Click Save changes.
Create a new conversation assigned to you and wait for the sound notification.
