We’re excited to announce a new Kayako release which focuses on the product stabilization.
The update resolves the following Bugs:
- [KAYAKO-9535] Kayako Insights considers only UTC/GMT time zone. The Insights calculations should be done according to the agent’s timezone.
- [KAYAKO-12160] TNK should allow reordering of customer fields at query submission form[Help Center].
- [KAYAKO-12170] Intermittently Kayako search is getting failed while creating a new conversation at agent portal.
