This article shares the process for creating a monitor that will change a conversation's status to Closed if the conversation was completed more hours ago then defined by the admin user.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Administration > Automation > Monitors.
- Click on New Monitor button.
- Add the condition:
Time since completed > greater than or equal to >
[Enter Number of Hours as needed]
- In the "Perform the following conditions" section add the action:
Status > change > Closed.
- All Completed conversations will be moved to Closed status.
- Note: Once a conversation is closed, it can't be reopened and no further changes can be made to it.
