There are certain factors that can cause a lot of duplicate conversations to show up in your account. The most common reason is a user submitting a message a few times when they do not get an autoresponse reply right away. Each new message opens a new conversation in Kayako.
- This duplication can increase significantly if an automated process is generating the message.
- Kayako is not able to filter these separately.
- The only way to deal with these duplicates is to delete (or Trash) them.
