Overview

Unfortunately, restoring deleted elements in Kayako is not currently possible. Although, under special circumstances, the customers can get a full backup of their database from which they can pull out the data.

Information

• The backup provided will be in a .sql format as it is extracted from a MySQL database.
• It will be provided by a secured download link protected with a password via conversation.
• The link expires in 24 hours, so make sure you download the file on time.
• Our team can give general guidance on what tables and queries should be run, but if any data conversion is needed, it will go on behalf of the customer's development team.
• Our backup policy goes back to one week before the current date. So make sure you request your backups as soon as possible.
