Overview
This article briefly answers the question of whether or not the sorting order of conversations in the Help Center in Kayako may be changed.
Information
Currently, there is no way to change the way that conversations are displayed in the Help Center.
The default sort order for all conversations (open or closed, for both 'My Conversations' and 'Organization' conversations) is by date since last update, ascending.
This means that the conversation with the most recent update will always be at the top of the view.
