As noted in our communication sent to you July 3, 2019, we are going live with our enhanced support system for Kayako customers effective Monday July 8th, 2019 UTC. You will be able to submit your support issues directly to our support team by logging into the Kayako Support Portal (https://support.kayako.com/) Your support issues will be quickly routed to the correct support person, tracked methodically, and promptly resolved.
Accessing the support portal
To access our support site, please go to https://support.kayako.com/ and choose Support department where you will use your email to login. For the first time sign-in, you will have to request a new password, by clicking on “Forgot password” or “Get Password” from the sign-in page.
- You will need to enter your email address to retrieve the password.
- Please note that the system may take up to 10 minutes to send you an email with a one-time link to create your new password.
- In case you do not get this email, please also check your spam folder.
- In case you have any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your existing open ticket(s)
You will receive a separate email on your open ticket(s) containing the new ticket ID and link for the new ticket.
