|SLA Automation||The SLA timer should be paused when a ticket is in "Pending" status and resumed when the ticket is marked as "In Progress".|
|HelpCenter||Notes posted via API are not visible in the UI.|
|Customization||The default value of the text field for a Regular Expression should be blank when a new field is created.|
|Agent Panel||Better UX: The application should be able to function smoothly even if the "Specific Teams" drop-down menu item is not selected while creating a new report.|
NOTE: There is no additional action required from customers. The upgrade is done in the backend.
