The Kayako (TNK) 5.2.19 release brings fixes to 4 issues that have been previously reported. Read this article to find out more about the issues that were fixed.

SLA Automation | The SLA timer should be paused when a ticket is in "Pending" status and resumed when the ticket is marked as "In Progress". |
HelpCenter | Notes posted via API are not visible in the UI. |
Customization | The default value of the text field for a Regular Expression should be blank when a new field is created. |
Agent Panel | Better UX: The application should be able to function smoothly even if the "Specific Teams" drop-down menu item is not selected while creating a new report. |
NOTE: There is no additional action required from customers. The upgrade is done in the backend.
