As part of the company’s effort to reorganize and simplify our group organizational structure, a change in the assignment of commercial relationships with Kayako Limited will be carried out.

This article provides information about the aforementioned change in the assignment of commercial relationships as well as answers to the frequently asked questions.

Information

As of December 31, 2019, all of your existing agreement(s) and associated obligations with Kayako Limited will be assigned to and assumed by one of our group affiliates. The assignment will be as follows:

• If you are located in the United States, it will be assumed by DNN Corp., a Delaware corporation
• If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere other than the United States, it will be assumed by ESW Technologies FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company organized in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This change will be reflected on your next invoice relating to the period on or after the Effective Date.

As mentioned earlier, this assignment is part of a single assignment or series of assignments that we are undertaking to reorganize and simplify our group organizational structure. The assignment will not modify any terms and conditions of your agreement(s) nor result in any disruption or modification of our products and services.
