Kayako is a customer service platform that unifies your support channels, your customer information, and your team, so you can work better together to understand your customers and support them where they are.

Sign-Up Process
To sign-up for a free trial, please follow the steps below:

Go to the Kayako Free Trial page.
NOTE: If you receive an error message when trying to reach the free trial page. Please get in touch with sales@kayako.com and they will be glad to help you get set up. - Enter your Full Name, Corporate Email, Phone, Company, and the Number of Agents then click on the Continue to Step 2 button.
- On the next screen, choose a Domain Name, enter a valid credit card (we will just validate your identity and you won't be charged), review and accept the privacy policy then click on the Submit button.
- We will send you an activation email at the email address that you have provided.
- Click on the Click to activate your free trial button in the activation email.
- After successful activation, you will see the following confirmation message.
- Now navigate to the domain name that you have chosen and you should be able to start using the new Kayako.
