The new Kayako is a brand new product, platform, and user experience that has been redesigned and re-imagined for delivering modern, personal customer service. This article provides instructions for signing- up for a free trial.
Kayako is a customer service platform that unifies your support channels, your customer information, and your team, so you can work better together to understand your customers and support them where they are.
If you are new to Kayako, welcome! We hope you love it.
- Be ready to enter a valid work email and phone number.
To sign-up for a free trial, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Kayako Free Trial page.
Enter your name in the What's your name? field and click Continue.
Enter your work email address in the What's your work email? field and click Continue.NOTE: Free or disposable email addresses are not allowed. You need to enter a valid work email address. Otherwise, you will not be able to proceed with sign-up and will get an error:
"Oops! Looks like you're using a free or disposable email address. We need a valid work email address. Try again?"
Enter your phone number in the What's your phone number? field and click Continue.
Enter your company name in the What's your company name? field and click Continue.
Enter the domain of your choice in the Choose your domain name field and click Continue. The setup screen automatically suggests a domain name based on the information entered already. You can change it to whatever domain you want, and the system will check its availability for you.
Enter your password in the Choose your password field and click Continue.
Do the following:
- Review the details that you entered.
- Click on the checkbox to indicate you're not a robot.
- Click Continue to complete the setup.
Kayako begins to set up your new account, and you can watch the progress indicator on the right of the screen to check the progress.
Once the setup process is completed, login to your instance, and begin using your Kayako.
