Overview
The Kayako (TNK) 5.2.21 release fixes six (6) issues that have been previously reported. Read through the following section to learn what these issues are.

Messenger replies to conversations in 'Custom' status revert the conversation to 'Open' status. |

Clicking on a pinned conversation note doesn't bring you to that note. Instead, it takes you to the last case posted. |
