Overview
You need to delete an agent that you have disabled but do not know where the delete button is.
Solution
If you don't want to delete the user and just want to remove their access, you can downgrade them to the customer role.

Sign in to Kayako and go to the admin area

Click the Agent directory link on the sidebar under Team Settings

Here you'll see a list of any non-customer user account that's already been created in your Kayako
- Click the agent account you want to delete
- Click the chevron "^" at the top of the user's information to open the context menu and click Delete
