When attempting to use the Kayako dashboard, you are getting an Error 502, preventing you from accessing your instance.
The error reported is most often associated with some sort of outage. You can refer to the Kayako Status Page to verify whether an ongoing outage has been reported. If it has not, please raise a Support ticket with the following information:
- URL of the instance throwing the error
- A timeline of the errors observed
- Additionally, please consider Sharing Your Access for Impersonation, so that our agents may validate the issue as required
