Overview
As a Kayako customer, it is important that you can recognize if your Kayako product is The New Kayako (Cloud) or Kayako Classic (On-Premise) as both are supported from two different help centers:
- The New Kayako helpdesk (contact us)
- Kayako Classic helpdesk (contact us)
If you are not sure about the Kayako product that your company is using, here is a list of methods that can be used to differentiate both.

Admin Login
Append "/admin" to the instance URL (For example: company.kayako.com > company.kayako.com/admin)

Instance version in source code
The easiest way is to right-click > view page source > search version on the source code.
Version 5.x is The New Kayako:
Any older version is Kayako Classic, and will show the product:
Login panel
If it has this login panel, it's Kayako Classic:
Live chat/messenger
The New Kayako (usually at the bottom right side of the instance):
Kayako Classic (usually at the top left, under the login screen):
