Adding a credit or debit card for Kayako can be done directly whilst making a payment through your invoices. Note that we may assist you with the Removal of a Credit Card's Details.

Information

If you wish that a certain credit card be added to your billing account, you can review the most recent invoice you received for the Online Payment links:

When you make a payment through the second link, you have an option to tick the "I authorize Trilogy to save my payment method" checkbox under the Process Payment button.
